At Hidden Gem Uluwatu, we take our wine selection seriously, thanks to our founder Max Loong. Having attained level 4 and graduating with a WSET wine diploma and certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Max has meticulously curated a wine list that boasts an extensive range of region and grape varieties for everyone to explore.
With high import taxes in the market, Max's mission was to make wine accessible to all without imposing exorbitant markups, while offering exciting wine-tasting flights - a unique and unparalleled experience among Bali's dining establishments.
Each of our signature cocktails is dedicated to one of our villas, which are inspired by some of the most exotic places on Earth. No two villas are the same, and neither are our cocktails. We infuse the flavors of the world to transport you across the planet. Enjoy the journey!

Our captivating infinity pool lounge atop Uluwatu's hills allows you to bask in ocean views from
9 am to 5:30 pm. While we primarily cater to our cherished guests, we also extend a gracious welcome to outside visitors seeking an unforgettable experience.
To maintain the highest standards, please note that a minimum spend of IDR250k per sun chair and IDR500k per day bed is required for outside guests, ensuring that every moment you spend with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
